Shipping Policy

Processing times depend on the product and finish. Raw parts are processed within 1–3 business days. Powder-coated parts take 1–2 weeks. DCT overhaul kits and standalone DCT components have the same processing time: when not in stock, allow 1–3 weeks, normally about one week, with three weeks as the maximum processing estimate. Carrier transit time is additional. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time, which begins after your order ships. We’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used will depend on your location and order size.

International orders: Delivery times vary by destination. International shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
