We’re developing a billet aluminum coolant tank and oil catch can setup for the Hyundai Elantra N, Kona N, and Veloster N.
This project is in the design stage. Final fitment, capacities, pressure ratings, included hardware, pricing, and availability will be confirmed as development progresses.
What we’re working on
- A CNC-machined billet aluminum assembly with separate coolant and catch can chambers and lids.
- A revised upper radiator-hose position to tidy the engine bay, with a replacement hose planned for the kit.
- Coolant fill-reference marks and a suitable coolant cap.
- A baffled oil catch can layout, with inline and breather configurations under development.
- An accessible catch can drain, with an optional drain kit planned.
What still needs to be confirmed
Additional coolant and catch can capacity are design goals. Final volume, sealing, pressure capability, and performance will need to be measured and validated on the finished design. We are not claiming tested performance gains or a confirmed release date at this stage.
